Carol Higgins’ fight against failure to investigate historical child abuse.

Justice has been served in a small way but not all together. It never will be!

I have been busy at the same time has fighting my case against Appleyard preparing files logging systematic failings committed by West Yorkshire child protection unit to investigate my case from 1984 to present day.

I made a complaint 2 years ago to Chief Constable Dee Collins of West Yorkshire Police and she passed it onto the Police Proffessional Complaint Standards who then passed it onto the independent police complaints because they said it would look DODGY if they didn’t.

The independent police sent it back to the police proffesional complaints standards to investigate my case so now it’s the Police investigating the Police about the 5 TIMES I went to report historical sex abuse over 33 years.

I want to make this investigation into the police transparent and public. 54 questions have been compiled so far and more shall be added to the list.

WhenI went to Chief Constable 2 years ago I was told it would be subjudice to start an investigation while there was a live case against Appleyard.

Just like with Appleyards case I will keep you updated as much as I can.

It is in the public’s interest to know if cover ups are being properly dealt with to prevent it happening to other victims of child sex abuse.

The document attached Is the press release I compiled 2 years ago.

Thank you for you continued support. ?
